Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is received in less than 14 days from date of reservation, you will be charged the room rate for the first night, unless we can resell the room. In the event we can resell the room, you will only be charged a $25 cancellation bookkeeping fee. If cancellation is received greater than 14 days, no fees apply.

Non Smoking Policy

We have a strict non-smoking policy. We assess a charge of $150 per night for guests who violate this policy.
