The Polar Express package is based on a family of four staying in a double standard room. Other room styles, queen bed/double bed, 2 room family suite, deluxe fireplace/efficiency room are also available. We do have grandparent packages which are double occupancy and are tailored to each family's needs.

This magical event sells out quickly, we have limited ticket availability. Our family suite packages are for either 2 or 3 night accommodations and are based on a minimum quad occupancy. We do not have 1 night packages. Smaller family? We can tailor a package for you…just give us a call.
The Red Apple Inn is a family friendly, motel style inn featuring large, clean rooms a family game room and family breakfast room. We have different room styles; some with 2 full beds, others a queen bed and a full bed, a 2 room family suite and deluxe fireplace rooms with efficiency set ups.
We are a non-smoking inn; we do have ashtrays outside for guests who smoke. We do charge a $150 per night cleaning charge if a guest smokes in the room.
To confirm reservations, we process a 50% deposit followed by full payment by November 1st. If you cancel your reservation prior to November 1, we retain the monies unless we are able to resell the reservation; in which case there is a $300 bookkeeping charge. If you cancel after November 1, the entire amount is forfeited.
Don’t delay, call or email and let us know the dates you want, early or late train, number of tickets, names of each individual and the ages of the children. Everyone needs a ticket except babies under 1 year of age.
Reserve by June 30 to get this special early season pricing. Prices will increase July 1.

- Name of each ticket holder and ages if under 12 - (under 1 does not need ticket)
- Your credit card which will authorize the deposit and authorization to charge the remainder November 1 should you choose to reserve a Polar Express package.
Reservations are based on a first come basis.
This magical event is very popular and we have limited ticket availability. Our packages are for either 2 night accommodations and are based on quad occupancy, in each room. We do not have 1 night packages. If less than quad occupancy, pricing will vary depending on number of tickets and people. The front desk can help you determine actual costs.
The Red Apple Inn is a family friendly, motel style inn. A large family breakfast room with a toasty warm fireplace is the perfect spot for families to enjoy our extensive breakfast bar before heading off to enjoy all the area has to offer (Santa’s Village is open on weekends in November). The game room is the perfect family gathering spot to talk about your day, enjoy a roaring fire, while the toddlers play our myriad of toys, or Mom and Dad can challenge each other to a game of pool or Gilligan's Island!
Our rooms a very spacious and offer two beds, either 2 doubles or a queen and a double. There is plenty of room for a cot or pack n play. All of our rooms have color cable TV, a mini refrigerator, private bath and individual climate control.
We pride ourselves on our clean rooms and public areas. We are a non-smoking inn; we do have ashtrays outside for guests who smoke. We carry a strict non –smoking policy and charge a $150 per night cleaning charge if a guest smokes in the room. This assures all of our guests that they will be entering a clean, smoke free environment.
In order to fully enjoy the Polar Express experience, we recommend that you be in the North Conway area several hours before your train time.

Santa's Workshop at Nestlenook and at Santa's Village from just $529 for a family of four! from $529 for a family of four!
Begin your adventure in our Elves’ craft workshop where you and your family will enjoy homemade cookies and sipping hot chocolate while children create a holiday craft to take home. Elves will then escort you up to Santa's Workshop where the old Storyteller will tell the tale of "The Miracle at Nestlenook Ledges"-a story that emphasizes the true spirit of Christmas. Santa Claus will make a special visit and you'll be treated to a wondrous horse drawn sleigh ride around the magical Victorian park. This is a holiday experience that you do not want to miss.
The Miracle at Nestlenook Ledges is our annual Holiday event supporting The Angel of Peace Foundation, a non-profit organization benefiting children and families. 
The next day head over to Santa's Village for some outdoor fun. Rides, Santa visit, plays and good old fashioned fun.
